I, like most others who have grown up immersed in rapidly evolving technology and television sci-fi that characterizes non-existing technology, have a burning desire to have a robot that can build things, namely other robots. The popularization of 3D printers and how their parts have saturated ebay has allowed every aging sci-fi kid to spend less than the value of your left arm to build one or buy one pre-built. I chose to make one based on my own chaotic design.
First I started with the base design, the Haeckel, which is itself based on a Mendel.
